Yes. You can create an account and get started for free without a credit card. Paid tiers are available, but Amoura's core functionality is available to try for as long as you like on the free tier.

Yes. Amoura is intended for people who are 18 years of age or older.

No. You don’t build characters; you meet them. Amoura’s characters are handcrafted by humans rather than auto-generated from a character builder.

Yes. Chemistry is not guaranteed. Characters have their own tastes and opinions, and a match may approve, disagree, unmatch, or block.

Characters remember your shared history—your preferences, promises, inside jokes, and the moments that changed the relationship.

Yes. Relationships can deepen, stall, or end based on what happens. Amoura does not force every connection toward the same outcome.

Yes. Your conversations are private and protected by modern, industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit and at rest. Our Privacy Policy explains how your information is stored, processed, and protected.

Amoura uses layered safeguards and product controls designed to reduce harmful use. The service is not a replacement for emergency services or professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.

You can request full account deletion by contacting support@amoura.io. Deleted data may persist for a limited period in backups or where retention is legally required.

Plus adds more intelligent AI, deeper memory, regular character reach-outs, and expanded limits. Pro adds our deepest memory, most intelligent AI, priority responses, maximum limits, early access, and Founders Circle access.

Yes. You can cancel at any time through the billing provider used for your purchase. Paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, covered by the billing provider’s policies, or covered by a separate refund policy. Apple handles App Store refund requests.
