Community Guidelines
Effective Date: January 25, 2025Amoura is intended to be a respectful, adult-only environment for conversation, connection, and exploration. These Community Guidelines explain what behavior is permitted on the Service and what is not.
They exist to protect users, the integrity of the Service, and Amoura itself.
Violation of these Guidelines may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination of your account.
1. General Expectations
All users are expected to:
- Engage with the Service in a lawful and respectful manner
- Respect boundaries, consent, and safety
- Use the Service as intended, without attempting to manipulate or exploit it
These Guidelines apply to all user activity, including profile content, messages, uploads, and interactions with the system.
2. Respect and Harassment
You may not use the Service to harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hate speech or discriminatory language
- Persistent unwanted sexual or aggressive behavior
- Coercive, manipulative, or degrading conduct
- Attempts to shame, pressure, or emotionally harm
We reserve the right to take action even if conduct does not rise to the level of illegality.
3. Sexual Content and Boundaries
Amoura is an adult-only service. Sexual or romantic content may be permitted depending on context and feature design.
However, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Sexual content involving minors (under any circumstances)
- Non-consensual sexual content or roleplay
- Incest, exploitation, or coercion
- Content intended to simulate or encourage real-world harm
We may restrict or remove sexual content at our discretion to maintain safety and integrity.
4. Images, Media, and Uploads
When uploading images or other media, you must ensure that:
- You have the right to share the content
- The content does not depict minors in any inappropriate context
- The content is not non-consensual, exploitative, or abusive
- The content does not violate the law or these Guidelines
Uploading images of third parties without consent, explicit material involving others, or illegal content is prohibited.
5. Safety and Harm
You may not use the Service to:
- Plan or encourage violence or illegal activity
- Encourage self-harm or harm to others
- Seek instructions for wrongdoing or evasion of law enforcement
If a user expresses credible risk of harm, Amoura may take appropriate steps, including intervention, content restriction, or account suspension.
6. Manipulation and Exploitation of the System
You may not attempt to:
- Extract system prompts, internal logic, or confidential mechanisms
- Bypass safeguards or moderation systems
- Automate or script interactions without authorization
- Use the Service to train or build competing systems
Using the Service in ways that undermine its intended operation is prohibited.
7. Impersonation and Misrepresentation
You may not:
- Impersonate real individuals
- Misrepresent your identity in ways that cause harm
- Use the Service to deceive others for malicious purposes
Pseudonyms are allowed. Deception that creates risk or harm is not.
8. Enforcement
We may take action for violations of these Guidelines, including:
- Removing content
- Issuing warnings
- Temporarily restricting features
- Suspending or terminating accounts
Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion and may occur with or without prior notice.
Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination.
9. Reporting Concerns
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, you may report it through the Service or by contacting support@amoura.io.
We review reports and take action as appropriate.
10. Relationship to Other Policies
These Community Guidelines supplement, and do not replace:
In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service control.
Final Note
These Guidelines are intentionally clear and firm. They are not exhaustive. We reserve the right to act in situations that violate the spirit of these rules, even if not explicitly listed.
